  You are better off exterminating the problem yourself!
  
  "Bed bugs only live within 6 feet of your bed" is what I was told. This is false because I found them more than 15 feet from my bed. Climbing up my clothing across the room. "You caught those from somebody else!" They say. Again, false because I haven't gone out and seen anyone because I'm paranoid about me having bed bugs!
  
  They crack jokes and tell you of past experiences with nasty customers. This company is unprofessional. The "exterminator" took a 3 min evaluation of my home which he has been called back 3 times with KNOWN bedbug activity, (I even caught them and showed him) only to be told "there is no more activity".
  
  Save your $800 and spend it doing it yourself.
